At Rising Stars ABA, our team is made up of compassionate, highly trained professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. We believe that great care starts with great people and our team is at the heart of everything we do.  We follow the standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to ensure ethical, high-quality, and evidence-based care in everything we do. 

We believe collaboration is key. Our BCBAs and RBTs work closely together, along with families and other professionals, to ensure consistent, high-quality care and meaningful progress. 

Our BCBAs are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and lead each child’s care with expertise, compassion, and clinical excellence. 

They are responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments 
• Developing individualized treatment plans 
• Supervising and training behavior technicians 
• Monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions 
• Collaborating with families and other providers 

Our BCBAs ensure that every program is tailored, effective, and focused on meaningful outcomes.

 Our RBTs are paraprofessionals certified through the BACB who work directly with children to implement therapy in a fun, engaging, and supportive way. 

They are responsible for:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions 
• Build strong, trusting relationships with each child 
• Use play-based and structured teaching strategies 
• Collect data to track progress 
• Support skill development across environments 

Our RBTs bring energy, patience, and creativity to every session helping children learn and grow through connection and consistency. All RBTs complete required training, competency assessments, and ongoing supervision by a BCBA to ensure quality and consistency in care.
